● Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above INR 999. For orders below this
amount, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
● International Shipping: Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on the destination. Applicable
duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

● Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days or more, depending on your location.
● International Orders: Delivery can take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs

Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We want you to love your Era Beauty products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns
under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, products must be
unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Once the product is used or open for use, the item can not be returned under any
circumstances.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and
place a new order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, including any applicable

Damaged or Defective Items
